WP Marketer SMS (Text) Messaging Program

  1. We send SMS (Text) Messages in two categories: (a) Notifications, reminders or prompts for upcoming appointments, events or related deadline; and (b) Promotions, offers and campaign related with a separate opt-in for each category of SMS messages.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages, in the category that you opted-out of, from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. Cancellation requests must include a reason for the cancellation request. Note that subscriptions are different and distinct from payment plans for product/service purchases (which we do not cancel if requested).

Free Trial
We offer the following free trial of our goods and services: The order page sets out terms of free trials. Some trials have automated payments if the trial is not cancelled before expiration of the free trial.

At the end of your free trial, the following will occur: You will automatically be billed and your credit card will be charged if you do not cancel your free trial before it expires. The order page will set out the terms of the trial and subsequent payments if not cancelled before expiration.

To cancel your free trial, please follow these steps: To cancel a free trial and to avoid automated payments charged to your credit card after the trial expires, send an email to admin@WPMarketer.net stating your sales order number, the email used to make the purchase and the reason for your requested free trail.  Specific terms for free trials, and how to cancel, are set out on the order page.

Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

  • Credit Card;
  • PayPal;
  • Debit;
  • Direct Debit; and
  • Crypto Currency such as BitCoin (only for some offers).

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • Standard delivery by post. Delivery within Canada and the USA may take from 5 to 30 days.; or
  • Expedited or courier delivery worldwide (by FedX, UPS, or DHL) may be requested. If we approve, you will be asked to pay the delivery charges in advance before we ship the items. Delivery will be based on the service options you select..

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Canada your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 5 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Goods can only be returned with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) having been issued by WPMarketer.  You are responsible for proper packaging and you must use a registered mail or delivery service (as regular mail does not provide a proof of delivery).

Consumer Protection Law
Where the Business Practice and Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation.
